Here you can enjoy all benefits from the superb skiing area of Leogang - Saalbach - Hinterglemm in combination with the relaxation of a country side and traditional austrian village.
The skibus stops at only 20m from the house and brings you in a few minutes to the Asitz Bahn (ski lift Leogang, at 3km). Or else, you can enjoy nice winter walks, cross country skiing (track at 200m), toboggan, horse sledging tour. Near the development, there is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bank, some shops and restaurants. In summer, the region is very attractive for great walks, MTB, swimming (open air pool at 300m), golf (2 golf courses within 10km), tennis, visiting one of the lakes of Saalfelden or Zell am See or go for a daytrip to Salzburg.
The airport of Salzburg is at 80km and has connections (low price carriers) with many international destinations.
There will be 14 apartments in this development in total. The 1-bed apartments are located on different floors and are easy accessible with the 8-persons elevator. High quality materials are used: high standard of isolation, windows can open both sides, oak parquet in the living and bedrooms, kabel tv connection in each room, towel dryer in the bathroom, etc. The apartment has underfloor heating, based on biological and economic city heating (Fernwärme). There is a ski and bike storage for common use and each appartment has its own cellar compartment and parking lot. Building will start in March 2011, handing over December 2011.
