Our Panorama Chalets are located in Mittersill-
Paß Thurn, 1200 m above sea level, at the border
of Salzburg county and Tyrolia in the Alps of Kitzbühel.
It is a charming, typically Austrian place with a
breathtaking view.

The city of Salzburg with its excellent cultural
offers and attractive shopping is just a 90-minute
car ride away, as well as Salzburg Airport. The
famous picturesque Tyrolian town of Kitzbühel
can be reached by car in 15 minutes.

Panorama Chalets

The building site covers an area of 2.207 square
meters.

On site, 20 apartments will be build as well as an
underground parking garage with 31 parking spaces.

Construction will be ready for Christmas 2010!

The project is approved for secondary residency use,
and, therefore, can be used as a vacation home.

In Hollersbach skiers can get on the Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Lift that will take them directly and comfortably to the Kitzbuehl ski area: 170 km of pistes or 690 ha of perfectly groomed slopes, numerous of-piste routes, the brand-new Hanglalm Snow Park and 55 diferent gatronomical enterprises – wait to be explored by you.

From the National Park to the Streif downhill in Kitzbühel
Experience a new dimension of ski safari! From Hollersbach you can ride directly to Kitzbühel’s legendary Streif downhill. A ride on the tricable loop ropeway, which lets you foat through the air at a height of 400 metres, will be a spectacular highlight of your stay.

The new Hanglalm Snowpark
Since the winter season 08/09 freestyling is possible in the entire Kitzbühel ski resort owing to the new Qpark in the South. This new snow park on the Hanglalm received enthusiastic acclaim in its first season and has made Kitzbühel the foremost freestyle center in the heart of Austria.

Ski for free – free access to rope tows
For some years we have ofered a special service for the beginners – free access to rope tows! Tis means: the rope tows Pass Turn, Hausleiten (Jochberg), Mocking, Rasmusleiten, Reith, Pulverturm (Kitzbühel) and Aschau can be used free of
charge and are ideal for children.
