Feriendorf Obertraun
Feriendorf Obertraun is being created close to the waters of the Hallstätter See and within the friendly confines of the village of Obertraun. The complex consists of five different types of luxury freestanding and semidetached holiday chalets, 75 in total, with beautiful water features.
The chalets are being built in a typical Austrian style, completely in keeping with the atmosphere of the neighbouring Obertraun. The highquality construction guarantees a long lifespan, even when rented out intensively. Building is undertaken in accordance with Austrian construction standards, where environmentally- friendly principles are applied.
Most of the chalets are south-facing and have a breath- taking view of the surrounding mountains. There will also be a multifunctional main building housing the reception area, a bar and restaurant, mini-market, activities room, swimming pool and wellness activities.
