Alpendreams strives to help people purchase and manage a second home. This is why we do more than simply supervise sales. Our (core) activities include:

• accompanying you on viewings of the various holiday home projects
• providing assistance and guidance in the purchase of a property
• providing assistance and guidance throughout the entire process, from finding a suitable building plot to final delivery of the property
• helping you arrange for financing of your second home.
• supervising the construction of your holiday home in Austria
• helping you find a suitable building plot for your second home.
• handling communications with the builder, notary, bank and local tax specialist
• providing assistance and guidance with regard to the furnishing of your home
• providing support with regard to letting
• providing extensive information on the surrounding area
• translating relevant information from the original German

The services we offer in connection with the purchase of a holiday home will not raise costs, as our remuneration is already included in the property price. If you were to deal with the builders directly, you would end up paying the same property price without the benefit of our services.
